Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products & Online Courses

• No refunds once access is granted

2. Healing Sessions

• Cancellation 24 hours before the session: Eligible for rescheduling
• Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund

3. Workshops / Events

• Refunds allowed only if the event is canceled by InnerWays Healing
• No refunds for no-shows

4. Subscription Services

• Can be canceled at any time
• No partial refunds for unused periods

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.

Returns & Refunds (Digital Goods)

Due to the nature of digital and energetic services, returns are not accepted once delivered.

Exceptions

• Duplicate payment
• Technical access issues (must be reported within 48 hours)
